FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, DRIVERS AND GUIDES
WE WILL ENFORCE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Available seating is reduced which allows for onboard distancing, the seats behind the driver in the bus or right to the driver in the car will not be available. We ask all the guests to remain in the same seat for the duration of the tour. Drivers and guides maintain a 2-meter separation from all guests whenever it possible.
Prior to boarding, all passengers are required to answer the Transport Canada's Questionnaire for Health Check:
- Do you have a fever and a cough?
- Do you have a fever and breathing difficulty?
- Have you been refused boarding in the past 14 days due to a medical reason related to COVID-19?
- Are you the subject of a provincial/territorial or local public health order?
- Have you travelled from outside Canada in the last 14 days?
If a passenger answers yes to any questions, they will be denied boarding and referred to the provincial government self-assessment tool.
Our drivers and guides provide you with information about the following attraction in the bus/vehicle and not accompany you at the attraction. We are not allowing the groups more than 6 people visiting the site together and recommend limit your group to the family size.
Guests are not required but strongly encouraged to wear a mask on-board
Drivers wear non-medical face masks and utilize gloves when cleaning or handling luggage
We will offer credit card payment only, to reduce contacts
All our drivers and guides undergo a health screening as recommended by Transport Canada, which includes a temperature check before reporting to work
All our vehicles are sanitized after each group. During multi-day trips, the vehicles are sanitized each evening by the drivers who have been provided with the appropriate cleaning supplies and training, including extra force for wiping down all hard-touch surfaces with a disinfectant-cleaner (such as handrails and armrests)
Garbage bins are provided for guest use
HVAC filters are cleaned on a regular basis. The system is never set for recirculating mode so fresh air is always brought into the vehicle
Hand sanitizer stations are available for guest use
As the tour company, we are required to maintain a passenger naming list with telephone numbers for every passenger on board. Following recommendations, we are keeping this list for 30 days after the end of the tour
We also check and ask our guides and guests to follow the safety plans of our third-party contractors like transportation companies, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services
