Payment and Cancellation
Prices are in Canadian Dollars and include applicable taxes.
30% deposit is due at time of booking.
You may cancel your tour up to two weeks prior to tour date for a full refund. Within two weeks the 30% deposit is non-refundable for cancellations/no-shows.
Final payments are due 72 hours prior to tour date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours to the tour are non-refundable. City Tours allow a full refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the tour.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal.
Any cancellation must be initiated by email to sales@bestvancouvertours.com. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
Gratuities to tour drivers and guides are not included but highly appreciated.
We may occasionally take pictures of our Guests during the tours and use those photos on our social media pages such as Facebook and Instagram, and the Best Vancouver Tours website. Please let us know if you would NOT like your photo to be used.
Tours will run regardless of weather conditions unless it is deemed that it is unsafe to do so such as in extreme weather events. Safety is our priority, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the service in case of events beyond our control (adverse weather conditions, technical or mechanical issues etc. Customers will have the opportunity to make a new booking time if this occurs.
Customers always undertake tours at their own risk and accept the responsibility to act in a safe and sensible manner.
